A person can fake his or her death for 7 years and cannot be convicted by the law if there are 2 or more attempts on their life.These must be actual physical attempts just like the ones tupac had. You can change your identity or fake your death to evade attackers. Tupac was shot the first time in NY 5 times and then again in Las Vegas 5 times again this would make 2 attempts on his life.
